I'm not a big fan of apple butter, but I thought I would give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The meatballs were moist and flavorful, and the apple butter sauce was tangy and sweet.

The meatballs were a bit dry. I think I should have added more liquid to the mixture.

These meatballs were a little too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred a more savory sauce.

I made these meatballs with ground turkey instead of beef and they were still delicious. The apple butter sauce is what really makes this dish.

These meatballs are a great way to use up leftover apple butter. They're also a great appetizer or main course.
