Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the final dish will be. This is especially true for the sausage, potatoes, and eggs.
  • Don't overcook the potatoes: They should be tender but still have a little bit of a bite to them.
  • Use a well-seasoned cast iron skillet: This will help to evenly cook the sausage and potatoes.
  • Don't overcrowd the skillet: If you do, the food will not cook evenly.
  • Preheat the oven before baking the dish: This will help to ensure that the dish cooks through evenly.
  • Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld together.

Conclusion:

This sausage, potato, and egg bake is a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast dish. It is perfect for a busy weeknight meal or a lazy weekend brunch. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a hearty and satisfying dish that the whole family will love.
