Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients prepped and measured. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your dish will taste. Whenever possible, use organic produce and free-range chicken.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When sautéing vegetables, it's important to give them enough space so they can cook evenly. If you overcrowd the pan, the vegetables will steam instead of sautéing.
  • Cook the chicken thoroughly: Chicken is safe to eat when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. To check the temperature, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken breast.
  • Season to taste: Don't be afraid to add more salt, pepper, or lemon pepper to taste. Adjust the seasonings until the dish is to your liking.

Conclusion:

Sautéed vegetables with lemon pepper chicken is a quick, easy, and healthy meal that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. The vegetables are tender and flavorful, and the chicken is juicy and succulent. The lemon pepper seasoning adds a bright, citrusy flavor that really brings the dish together.
