Tips:

  • Choose high-quality ingredients: Use fresh, tender beef, crisp vegetables, and flavorful seasonings to create a stir-fry that's bursting with flavor.
  • Slice your beef against the grain: This will help tenderize the meat and make it more enjoyable to chew.
  • Marinate your beef: Marinating the beef in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, rice wine, and other spices will help to enhance its flavor and make it more tender.
  • Cook your beef in a hot wok or skillet: This will help to sear the meat and prevent it from becoming tough.
  • Stir-fry your vegetables quickly: Overcooking the vegetables will make them mushy, so aim for a quick stir-fry to preserve their crunch and flavor.
  • Add your sauce at the end: Adding the sauce too early will make it burn, so wait until the beef and vegetables are almost done cooking before you stir in the sauce.
  • Serve your stir-fry immediately: Stir-fry is best served hot and fresh, so enjoy it right away.
