3 tablespoons butter, divided
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 cup milk

1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets, cooked and drained
2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
6 saltines, crumbled

Steps:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, saute chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick and bubbly. , Remove from the heat; stir in cheese until melted. Fold in cauliflower, ham, mushrooms and pimientos. 4 cups cauliflower florets, steamed to tender crisp
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk (2% is OK)
salt and pepper
1 cup aged cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dry breadcrumbs
salt and pepper

2 1/3 cups uncooked small pasta shells (about 8 oz)
1/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
3 cups 1% low-fat milk
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup diced cooked extra-lean ham
2 slices (1 oz each) whole wheat bread, torn into quarters
2 teaspoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
