Tips for Making Sesame Chicken Bites:

  • Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs. This will make it easier to cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Make sure the chicken is evenly coated in the cornstarch mixture. This will help the chicken to get crispy when it is fried.
  • Use a large skillet or wok to fry the chicken. This will help to prevent the chicken from overcrowding and ensure that it cooks evenly.
  • Do not overcrowd the skillet or wok. This will cause the chicken to steam instead of fry and it will not get crispy.
  • Fry the chicken in batches if necessary. This will help to ensure that all of the chicken is cooked evenly.
  • Use a high-quality sesame oil. This will give the chicken a delicious flavor.
  • Serve the chicken with your favorite dipping sauce. Some popular choices include sweet and sour sauce, hoisin sauce, or plum sauce.

Conclusion:

Sesame chicken bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for parties or potlucks. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a dish that everyone will love.
