Tips:
- Select the right cut of beef: Look for a tender cut of beef, such as flank steak, skirt steak, or tenderloin. These cuts will cook quickly and remain tender in the stroganoff sauce.
- Slice the beef thinly: This will help the beef cook evenly and quickly.
- Use a good quality beef broth: The beef broth is the base of the stroganoff sauce, so it's important to use a good quality broth. Look for a broth that is low in sodium and has a rich flavor.
- Sauté the vegetables before adding them to the sauce: This will help to bring out their flavor.
- Use a good quality sour cream: The sour cream is what gives stroganoff its creamy texture. Look for a sour cream that is thick and has a tangy flavor.
- Serve stroganoff over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice: This will help to soak up the delicious sauce.
