3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; set aside egg whites and four yolks (discard remaining yolks or save for another use)., In a large bowl, mash reserved yolks. ½ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons wasabi paste
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
4 tablespoons panko bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Place eggs in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel.
