1 pound ground round beef (85% lean)
1 can (15 oz each) Manwich® Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
1 can (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Break spaghetti in half. Cook according to package directions, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef; cook 7 minutes or until crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Drain. Add Sloppy Joe and tomato sauces. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until hot.
  • Drain spaghetti; divide equally between 6 plates. Top each with 1/2 cup meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

1 envelope sloppy joe mix
1 cup water
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
1 package (7 ounces) small shell pasta, cooked and drained
1 cup 4% cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in the sloppy joe mix, water, tomato sauce and tomato paste; heat through. Remove from the heat; stir in pasta. , Spoon half the mixture into a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Top with cottage cheese and remaining pasta mixture. 1 pound spaghetti
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (15 ounce) can sloppy joe sauce
½ green bell pepper, diced
½ onion, chopped
½ cup Italian-style dried bread crumbs
¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • In a large skillet, brown beef over medium heat; cook until no longer pink and drain. Add sauce and simmer on low.
  • Add green bell pepper and onion; mix well. Remove from heat and immediately mix in bread crumbs and cheese.

I knew he would just love this and he did. It is another recipe that I just thought of... I am not sure if it has been done before, but this recipe is really good.

1 ½ pounds ground beef
½ medium onion, diced
½ medium green bell pepper, diced
1 pinch dried Italian seasoning, or more to taste
salt to taste
1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (14 ounce) jar pasta sauce
6 medium hamburger buns, split
6 slices shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, bell pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in pasta sauce, cover, and cook until sauce has reduced slightly, 5 to 10 minutes longer.

2 cups ziti pasta or 2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup onion (diced)
1 cup green pepper (diced)
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
28 ounces canned stewed tomatoes, with juice
7 1/2 ounces tomato sauce
5 1/2 ounces tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain and keep in cold water.
  • Scramble fry the beef in a non-stick skillet for 5 minutes.
  • Add the onion and green pepper and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
  • Drain
  • Add the remaining ingredients - mix well.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
