4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 cups 2% milk
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup canola oil
1 cup shredded apple
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
