1 (11-ounce) can Mexican-style corn, * drained
1 (10-ounce) can mild enchilada sauce
9 (6-inch) corn tortillas
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
Topping
Sour cream, if desired
Sliced green onion, if desired
Salsa, if desired

Steps:

  • Spray 4-quart slow cooker with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  • Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink; drain, if necessary. Stir in green chiles, corn and enchilada sauce.

1 large onion, diced
1 (16 ounce) jar tomatillo salsa, green
2 (15 ounce) cans chili con carne, without beans
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
10 tamales, wrappers and husks removed
2 (7 ounce) cans whole green chilies, drained, cut into 1/2-inch strips
cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
sour cream (optional)

Steps:

  • Place half of the diced onions in a 4-quart electric slow cooker.
  • Top with half each of the salsa, the chili, beans and olives.

1 can (10 ounces) Old El Paso™ enchilada sauce
1 pouch (6.5 ounces) Betty Crocker™ cornbread & muffin mix
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
1 can (4.5 ounces) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles, undrained
1/4 cup sour cream
4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)

Steps:
