SLOW COOKER FUNERAL POTATOES (HASH BROWN CASSEROLE)
The hash brown casserole (aka funeral potatoes) have always been a food day favorite at my work but the topic came up and I discovered that my husband had never had it. I needed my oven for other things so I came up with this slow cooker version. I also chose to use potato chips over the traditional cereal topping but either will work.

MILLION DOLLAR CHICKEN CASSEROLE
Creamy and incredibly savory, it's a casserole that's hard to stop eating. The cottage cheese is the trick to getting such a creamy, melty texture. Using rotisserie chicken is a must for the recipe and helps keep it quick.

Tips for Making Slow Cooker Cheese and Potato Casserole
1. Use a variety of cheeses. A combination of cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses provides a rich, flavorful casserole. 2. Choose the right potatoes. Yukon Gold or russet potatoes are good choices for this dish because they hold their shape well and don't get too mushy. 3. Don't overcook the potatoes. Cook them until they are tender but still slightly firm. 4. Add some vegetables. Diced onions, celery, or carrots can add flavor and texture to the casserole. 5. Season the casserole well. Be sure to add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. 6. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving. This will help the cheese to set and make the casserole easier to serve. Conclusion
This slow cooker cheese and potato casserole is the perfect comfort food. It's easy to make, and it's always a hit with family and friends. So next time you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, give this casserole a try. You won't be disappointed.
