Tips:

  • Use fresh cranberries. Fresh cranberries have a brighter, tarter flavor than frozen cranberries. If you only have frozen cranberries, thaw them completely before using.
  • Don't overcook the meatballs. Overcooked meatballs will be tough and dry. Cook them just until they are cooked through, about 30 minutes on high or 2 hours on low.
  • Add some spice. A little bit of chili powder, cumin, or cayenne pepper will add a nice kick of flavor to the meatballs. You can also add a chopped jalapeño pepper for a more pronounced spice.
  • Serve with your favorite sides. Cranberry chili meatballs are delicious served over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles. You can also serve them with a side of sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.

Conclusion:

Cranberry chili meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a party or weeknight meal. The combination of sweet cranberries, savory chili, and tender meatballs is sure to please everyone at the table. So next time you're looking for a new recipe to try, give cranberry chili meatballs a try!
