1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 large eggs
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a greased 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker, layer half of the potatoes, sausage, onion, chiles and cheese. Repeat layers. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over top. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or until eggs are set.

16 eggs
1 ¼ cups milk
1 tablespoon dry mustard
¾ tablespoon garlic powder
¾ tablespoon onion powder
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (24 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
24 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Line a slow cooker with a slow cooker liner and spray with cooking spray.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, dry mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese (4 oz)
6 cups frozen country-style shredded hash brown potatoes (from 30-oz bag)
1 box (9 oz) frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
2 cups cubed cooked ham (about 12 oz)

Steps:

  • Line sides of 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with foil that has been folded into thirds; spray with cooking spray. (See tip.)

16 oz. (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well squeezed
1 cup frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and quartered
1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomato, drained and chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Cheddar & Swiss Cheese Expertly Paired for Eggs, Omelets and Quiches
4 oz. goat cheese
8 eggs
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 cups whole milk
fresh basil leaves for garnish
