2-pound pork boneless shoulder roast, trimmed of fat
1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
16 pita fold breads
2 medium cucumbers, cut crosswise in half, then cut lengthwise into thin slices
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (1 1/2 cups)

Steps:

  • If pork is tied, remove strings or netting. Place pork in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with Greek seasoning.
  • Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
  • Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and garlic in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Remove pork from cooker; place on cutting board. Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to cooker and mix well. Spread 2 tablespoons garlic mayonnaise on each pita fold bread. Top each with 1/4 cup shredded pork, cucumber and tomato.

4 lbs boneless pork loin roast
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
1/2 cup chopped kalamata olive
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Steps:

  • Trim the excess fat from pork. Heat oil in a 10 or 11-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork 8 to 10 minutes, turning every two minutes until brown on all sides.
  • Place pork in a 12 to 6 quart slow cooker and put broth, garlic, oregano, salt pepper on top. Cover cooker and set to "low" heat setting for 7 to 9 hours or until pork is tender.
  • Remove pork from cooker and place on a serving platter. Spoon tomatoes, olives and feta on top of pork and serve immediately.

1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin, fat trimmed
2 tablespoons Greek seasoning (such as Cavender's®), or more to taste
1 (16 ounce) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers (such as Mezzetta®)

Steps:

  • Place pork tenderloin into a slow cooker, sprinkle meat generously with Greek seasoning, and pour the jar of peperoncini peppers with their juice over the pork. Cook 4 hours on High.

1 can (14-1/2 ounces) beef broth
1/3 cup plus 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce, divided
1/3 cup plus 1/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce, divided
1 cup ketchup
1 cup molasses
1/2 cup prepared mustard
10 kaiser rolls, split

Steps:

  • Cut roast in half; place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine broth, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce and 1/3 cup hot sauce; pour over roast. Cook, covered, on low 8-10 hours or until tender., Remove roast; discard cooking juices. Shred pork with 2 forks. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
3/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large cloves garlic, finely chopped (3 teaspoons)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 English (hothouse) cucumber, peeled, seeded, diced (1 1/2 cups)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 whole wheat thin pocket flatbreads (7 inch), cut in half
2 cups baby spinach
6 plum (Roma) tomatoes, cut into 6 slices each
12 lemon wedges, if desired

Steps:

  • Spray 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place onion in bottom of slow cooker. Top with pork. In small bowl, mix lemon juice, oregano, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the garlic.   • To serve, fill each pocket flatbread half with spinach leaves, 3 tomato slices, and about 1/2 cup pork mixture. Top with tzatziki and a squeeze of lemon juice.
