3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons butter
4 packages (three 8 ounces, one 3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 eggs
5 ounces smoked salmon, diced
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • Grease the bottom and sides of a 9-in. springform pan. Combine the bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese; sprinkle into pan, coating bottom and sides. Set aside., In a skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender; set aside. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in the cream, pepper and remaining Parmesan cheese. add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Fold in the onion mixture, salmon and Swiss cheese., Wrap a double thickness of heavy-duty foil around bottom of prepared pan. Pour salmon mixture into pan. Place in a large baking pan. Fill larger pan with hot water to a depth of 1-1/2 in. Bake at 325° for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour. 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (about 24 crackers)
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup whipping (heavy) cream
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups shredded Gouda cheese (6 ounces)
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 package (4.5 oz) smoked salmon, flaked
2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons), if desired
2 tablespoons red caviar, if desired
Pumpernickel crackers, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In small bowl, stir crust ingredients until well mixed. Press evenly in bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add whipping cream, eggs and salt; beat until smooth. Stir in Gouda cheese, green onions and salmon until well mixed. Spoon evenly over crust in pan.

16 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 ounces cornstarch
1-ounce horseradish juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
4 ounces heavy cream
12 ounces diced smoked salmon
6 bagels split and toasted
1 red onion sliced thin

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a standing electric mixer fitted with a paddle, cream the cream cheese, cornstarch, horseradish juice and salt. Add egg and heavy cream. When filling is mixed thoroughly add diced smoked salmon and fold it in. Place in buttered 8-inch springform pan and bake for 1 hour or until cheesecake sets up. 2 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
6 to 8 tablespoons butter, melted
4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar, plus
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sour cream
1 pint blueberries
1 pint strawberries, sliced

Steps:

  • Special Equipment: 9-inch springform pan Heat oven to 325 degrees F. In a food processor blend crumbs and melted butter until moist, but not wet. Press into the bottom and up the sides of the springform pan. In a large bowl, using an electric beater, combine the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and the lemon juice, until light and smooth. Slowly mix in eggs then pour into the prepared pan. Bake 55 minutes or until the center sets. Turn off oven and remove cake. In a medium bowl mix together sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla. 24 red chicory leaves
60g baby rocket salad
few snipped dill sprigs

1 cup fine dry breadcrumb
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
spice essence
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup brunoise red pepper
1/2 cup brunoise yellow pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 lbs cream cheese, at room temperature
4 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1 cup grated smoked gouda cheese
1 lb smoked salmon
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 cup creme fraiche
1 lemon, juice of
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1/4 cup brunoise red onion
1/4 cup capers
1 hard-boiled egg, white and yolk separated and finely chopped
1 (7 ounce) can black caviar

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a 10-inch springform pan, combine the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and melted butter together.
