These lemon cookies are very rich and satisfying! They taste best when taken out of the oven right as the edges turn brown.

The lemon thins were a bit too tart for my taste, but my husband loved them. I think I'll try adding a little less lemon juice next time.

I'm not usually a fan of lemon desserts, but these lemon thins were surprisingly delicious. The glaze was perfectly tangy and the cookies were soft and chewy. I'll definitely be making these again!

These lemon thins were a delightful treat! The combination of sweet and tart was perfect, and the texture was light and airy. I loved the addition of lemon zest in the glaze, it really brought out the citrus flavor.
