SMOKIN' HOT ORANGE DEVILED EGGS
Wow, there is some heat to these eggs. They were enjoyed by all who tried them. I must admit that I chickened out and used 1 1/2 Tbsp. of chipotle sauce instead of the pepper! LOL This is one AMAZING DEVILED EGG!!! I love the mixture of the chipotle and orange zest. It is a wonderful combination. If you want to serve an egg that is truly different than all the rest well try these out. Again, from my "Deviled Egg" book.

Tips:
- Choose the freshest eggs possible. Older eggs will have a less flavorful yolk and may be more difficult to peel.
- Hard-boil the eggs until they are cooked through, but not overcooked. Overcooked eggs will have a dry, chalky yolk.
- Immediately transfer the hard-boiled eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. This will help to prevent the yolk from turning green.
- Peel the eggs carefully to avoid tearing the whites. Use a spoon to gently loosen the shell from the egg.
- Mash the yolks with a fork or potato masher until they are smooth and creamy.
- Add your desired fillings and seasonings to the mashed yolks. Be creative and experiment with different flavors!
- Chill the deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will help to firm them up and make them easier to eat.
- Garnish the deviled eggs with paprika, chives, or other herbs before serving.
