1 Smithfield® Applewood Smoked Bacon Seasoned Pork Loin Filet, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced fire-roasted tomatoes
1 ½ cups water
2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans (white kidney) or other white beans, drained
Salt
Sour cream
Thinly sliced green onions

Steps:

1 large onion, diced
2 tablespoons chili powder

2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced fire-roasted tomatoes
1 1/2 cups water
2 (15 ounce) cans white kidney beans or 2 (15 ounce) cans white beans, drained
salt
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
2 scallions, thinly sliced (optional)
