MY FAVORITE SNOWFLAKE ROLLS
These are my favorite rolls. A snow flake roll is a light and airy roll that has a slight chew to it. Melt some butter in the middle of these warm. They are so good. My daughter and I could consume 3-4 at a meal. Quick to make for a yeast roll. I used to buy these at a local bakery until I discovered how easy they were to make....

Tips:
- Use cold butter: This will help the dough stay flaky and prevent the rolls from spreading too much in the oven.
- Work quickly: The dough should be worked as little as possible to prevent it from becoming tough.
- Chill the dough before rolling: This will make it easier to work with and prevent the rolls from sticking to the counter.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the dough: This will help create clean, even cuts.
- Bake the rolls until they are golden brown: This will ensure that they are cooked through and have a slightly crispy exterior.
