¼ cup butter
20 button mushrooms, finely chopped
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 cups torn spinach leaves
1 teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste
1 pinch ground black pepper, or to taste
½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the mushrooms and onion; cook and stir until the mushrooms have softened and the onion is translucent, about 7 minutes. 1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sherry wine
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Wash and dry mushrooms.

4 slices bacon, fried crisp and chopped (reserve 1 tbsp bacon fat)
1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 -2 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 lb mushroom, finely sliced
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 dash pepper
8 ounces cream cheese, cut in pieces
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
