Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: This will ensure that your cheesecake is delicious and flavorful. The best ingredients will make a big difference in the final product.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can cause the cheesecake to be dense and crumbly. Mix the batter just until it is smooth and combined.
  • Bake the cheesecake in a water bath: This will help to prevent the cheesecake from cracking. Place the cheesecake pan in a larger pan filled with hot water before baking.
  • Cool the cheesecake slowly: This will help to prevent the cheesecake from sinking. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door cracked open for 30 minutes. Then, remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Chill the cheesecake before serving: This will help to firm up the cheesecake and make it easier to slice. Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
