Swiss Potato Bake image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 pint half-and-half
2 cups grated swiss cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
salt and pepper
paprika (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 13x9 pan with Pam.
  • Put hash browns in pan and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with grated cheese and pour half and half over top.
  • Drizzle with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
  • Bake for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • I like to cover mine with foil and then uncover the last half an hour.
