1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Dash white pepper
5 cups frozen corn, thawed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add cream, milk, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes. 8 oz. whipping cream

1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. MSG (optional)
