Cheese and mushroom quesadillas are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They are also a great way to use up leftover chicken or vegetables. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a flavorful and satisfying meal that the whole family will love. The key to making the best spicy cheese mushroom quesadillas is to use fresh, high-quality ingredients. The cheese should be a good melting cheese, such as cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella. The mushrooms should be fresh and firm, and the spices should be flavorful and aromatic.

SPICY CHEESE & MUSHROOM QUESADILLAS
This is an adopted recipe I have not yet tried. Having made a good number of quesadillas in my day, though, I've probably made this combination or something close to it before and would be willing to bet that it will work just fine. Please review if you try it! Any suggestions will be appreciated.

SPICY QUESADILLA
Very, Very good, if you can find the sundried tomato tortillas, they add a wonderful taste, as compared to the plain ones. We pass the salsa also, with the sour cream. More heat can be added if desired and the recipe can be scaled down to one or two.
