1/2 teaspoon Calabrian chile paste
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 clove garlic, grated
8 ounces French feta (or other good-quality feta)

Steps:

  • Add the roasted red pepper, Calabrian chile paste, salt and garlic to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is chunky and evenly chopped.
