Steps:

  • To make Spicy Tofu: 1. Whisk together soy sauce, chile-garlic sauce, and sesame oil in bowl. Heat skillet over medium heat. Dip tofu in soy sauce mixture; cook 10 minutes, or until browned. Cool 10 minutes. Add green onions, yogurt, and lemon juice to remaining chile mixture. Toss with tofu. To make Salad: 2. Whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, and chile-garlic sauce in bowl. Tips:

  • Use extra-firm tofu. This type of tofu holds its shape better during cooking, making it less likely to crumble in the bowl.
  • Press the tofu before cooking. This helps to remove excess water from the tofu, resulting in a firmer texture.
  • Marinate the tofu. Marinating the tofu in a flavorful sauce or marinade before cooking adds flavor and depth to the dish.
  • Cook the tofu until it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. This can be done by pan-frying, baking, or air-frying the tofu.
  • Use a variety of vegetables in your bowl. This will add color, texture, and nutrients to the dish.
  • Choose healthy grains and proteins for your bowl. This could include brown rice, quinoa, grilled chicken, or salmon.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment with different sauces and toppings. This is a great way to customize your bowl and make it your own.
