2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
fresh ground pepper
2 (6 ounce) packages fresh tender spinach leaves, torn in bite-size pieces
1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 celery ribs, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cucumber, sliced
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled and sliced
8 hard-cooked eggs, cut into wedges

Steps:

  • Beat 2 eggs with sugar and water in a microwave-safe medium bowl.
