½ cup butter
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) package flaked coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (10.5 ounce) package rainbow colored miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Melt butter and chocolate chips in a pan over low heat. Let the mixture cool slightly before stirring in walnuts and marshmallows. Let cool.
  • Spread coconut on waxed paper. Divide the cooled dough into two even portions. Form each portion into a long roll. Coat the rolls with the coconut. Wrap the rolls in waxed paper then again in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight or longer. Cut into 1/2 inch slices to serve.

1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin
4-1/2 cups boiling water, divided
1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup pineapple juice
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Combine lime gelatin and 1-1/2 cups boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into a lightly greased 8x4-in. loaf pan; chill until very firm. Repeat to make the strawberry and orange gelatins in separate pans. Combine the crumbs, sugar and butter; press into a greased 13x9-in. dish. 2 packages (3 ounces each) orange gelatin
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup cold water
1-1/2 cups white grape juice
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • In a bowl, dissolve the lime gelatin in 3 cups boiling water. Pour into an 8-in. square dish coated with cooking spray. In another bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in remaining boiling water. Pour into another 8-in. square dish coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until very firm., In a small saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. 5 (85 g) packets different flavoured jelly
5 cups boiling water
300 ml condensed milk
250 g cream cheese, softened
6 teaspoons strawberry essence (or to taste)
300 ml thickened cream
28 g gelatin
1 cup boiling water

Steps:

  • place each packet of jelly in a separate square/oblong bowl and mix each with 1 cup of boiling water. refrigerate overnight or until set.
  • line a 9 x 13 cm. dish with baking paper.
  • cut all the jelly into cubes and spread across the bottom of the dish.
  • mix the gelatin with the boiling water. stir till dissolved. put aside.
  • using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, strawberry essence and condensed milk together until smooth.
