This dish was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. The fruit was cooked perfectly and the curry sauce was flavorful. I would definitely recommend this recipe to others who enjoy sweet and savory dishes.

I was pleasantly surprised by this dish. I'm not usually a fan of curried dishes, but the fruit added a sweetness that mellowed out the curry. The coconut milk also made it creamy and smooth. I'll definitely be making this again.
