1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/3 cup fresh mint, divided
2 serrano chiles, seeded, finely chopped and divided
2 cucumbers, divided
4 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 lemon, quartered

Steps:

  • Blend dressing, 1/4 cup mint and 4-1/2 tsp. chiles in blender until smooth. Chop remaining mint with knife, set aside.

12 strawberries
1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
3/4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon mint, chopped
