STRAWBERRY RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE
I made this completely by accident, and i love it! I use Yoplait thick and creamy yougurt, i think it gives the drink the best texture, and I also use the condensed frozen juice, welches white grape is the best, but apple also works, depends on how sweet you like it. I also found substituting 1 Delmonte Fruit chiller in polar raspberry tastes better to me than the frozen berries themselves. To each his own. For a healthier smoothie use light yougurt, no sugar added juice, and skim milk.

Steps:
- Add one cup of juice, strawberries, and raspberries into a blender.
- Blend until most of the chunks are broken down, you will have to stop the blender and stir the contents to make sure all the big pieces get to the bottom.
- Add the 2 yougurts and blend on liquify, slowly adding more juice/milk/water until the smoothie is the right consistancy for you.
- If you add too much and it becomes watery, you can add more frozen berries and/or yogurt.
- Adding the additional liquid is trial and error to determine which you prefer according to how sweet you like your smoothie. The juice will be the sweetest choice, then milk, then water.
- Serve immediately.

Tips for Making the Best Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie
- Use frozen fruit. Frozen fruit will make your smoothie thicker and creamier, and it will also help to keep it cold. If you don't have frozen fruit, you can use fresh fruit, but you may need to add some ice cubes to your smoothie to make it thick enough.
- Add yogurt or milk. Yogurt or milk will help to make your smoothie creamy and smooth. You can use any type of yogurt or milk that you like, but Greek yogurt or almond milk are good choices. If you are vegan, you can use a plant-based milk such as soy milk or oat milk.
- Add a sweetener. If you like your smoothies sweet, you can add a sweetener such as honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar. You can also use a natural sweetener such as stevia or monk fruit extract.
- Add some extras. You can add all sorts of extras to your smoothie to make it even more delicious and nutritious. Some popular additions include spinach, kale, chia seeds, flax seeds, and protein powder.
- Blend until smooth. Use a high-powered blender to blend your smoothie until it is smooth and creamy. If you don't have a high-powered blender, you may need to blend your smoothie in batches.
Conclusion
