Tips:

  • Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. If you can't find fresh strawberries, you can use frozen strawberries that have been thawed and drained.
  • If you don't have a food processor, you can chop the oats and nuts in a blender or by hand.
  • Be sure to press the crust firmly into the bottom of the pan so that it doesn't crumble when you cut the bars.
  • Bake the bars until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set. If you're not sure if the bars are done, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the bars are done.
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting them. This will help them hold their shape.

Conclusion:

Strawberry Sundae Crunch Bar Cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With a sweet and tangy strawberry filling, a crunchy oat and nut crust, and a drizzle of chocolate, these bars are sure to be a hit.
