Tips:

  • Use fresh strawberries. Fresh strawberries will give your cookies the best flavor. If you can't find fresh strawberries, you can use frozen strawberries that have been thawed and drained.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing the dough will make the cookies tough. Mix the dough just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before baking. Chilling the dough will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies at a high temperature. Baking the cookies at a high temperature will help them set quickly and prevent them from becoming too soft.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before frosting them. This will help the frosting set properly.

Conclusion:

Strawberry wedding bell cookies are a delicious and festive treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be decorated in a variety of ways. Whether you are baking them for a wedding, a baby shower, or just because, these cookies are sure to be a hit.
