The amounts listed are only a guidline you may adjust to taste, I usually use 2 eggs for one sandwich, throw a couple slices of bacon or a pork breakfast patty on also, *SOOOO* good! :)

Tips:

  • Use a non-stick skillet: This will help prevent the eggs and bacon from sticking and make cleanup easier.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh eggs and bacon will produce the best flavor.
  • Cook the bacon first: This will allow the bacon to render its fat, which can then be used to cook the eggs.
  • Don't overcrowd the skillet: If you're cooking a lot of eggs and bacon, cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding the skillet.
  • Cook the eggs to your desired doneness: Sunny-side up eggs are cooked with the yolk still runny, while over-easy eggs are cooked until the yolk is set but still soft.
  • Season the eggs and bacon with salt and pepper: This will help enhance the flavor of the dish.
  • Serve immediately: Sunny-side up eggs and bacon are best served hot off the skillet.

Conclusion:

Sunny-side up eggs and bacon is a classic breakfast dish that is quick and easy to make. It's a hearty and flavorful meal that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Whether you're looking for a simple breakfast or a more substantial meal, sunny-side up eggs and bacon is a great option.
