Tips:

  • Choose fresh corn on the cob: Look for ears with bright green husks and plump kernels. Avoid ears with dry or brown husks, or kernels that are shriveled or discolored.
  • Soak the corn cobs in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling: This will help to prevent the kernels from drying out.
  • Brush the corn cobs with oil or butter before grilling: This will help to prevent them from sticking to the grill grates.
  • Grill the corn cobs over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning them every few minutes: The corn is done when the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  • Season the corn cobs with salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings: You can also add a squeeze of lime juice or a sprinkle of chili powder.
  • Serve the corn cobs hot, with melted butter or your favorite dipping sauce: Enjoy!
