A delicious side dish. Can be made ahead and reheated. Great to take to holiday dinners, barbecues, etc. Everyone loves this dish. My aunt, Sylvia, who was the best cook in the world gave me this recipe and I have since given this recipe to others who also love it. Try it, you won't be disappointed. I have also made this with frozen broccoli. It's just as good.

Tips:

  • Choose fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your kugel.
  • Use a food processor to grate the onions. This will help them to cook evenly and prevent them from becoming too brown.
  • Don't overcook the onions. They should be softened, but still have a little bit of crunch.
  • Use a good quality cheese. This is another ingredient that will make a big difference in the flavor of your kugel.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment with different ingredients. You can add cooked bacon, ham, or sausage to your kugel, or try different types of cheese.

Conclusion:

Super Spinach and Onion Kugel is a delicious and versatile dish that can be served as a main course or a side dish. It's perfect for a weeknight meal or a special occasion. So next time you're looking for a new recipe to try, give Super Spinach and Onion Kugel a try. You won't be disappointed!
