- Preheat oven to 400°. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until partially cooked but not crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain; keep warm., Combine syrup and pepper flakes. Dip each bacon piece in syrup mixture, then wrap around a Tater Tot. Secure with toothpicks., Place on a greased rack in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake until bacon is crisp, 12-15 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a cooling rack on top of the foil
- Cut each bacon strip into 3 pieces
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and chili powder
- Rub one side of each bacon piece with brown sugar mixture
- Wrap each tater tot with a bacon piece and place it, seam side down, on top of the cooling rack
- Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees
- Increase the oven to 400 degrees and bake them for 5 more minutes, or until the bacon is crispy

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and the cayenne pepper.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar/cayenne pepper mix on top of the bacon and rub the mixture into the bacon.
- Cut each slice of bacon into 4 equal pieces.
- Wrap the bacon around the tot and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the tot seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat the process with all tater tots.
- Bake the tots at 400°F for 20-25 minutes and flip halfway through cooking.
- Cool, to touch, and serve.
- Note - If making the tots the day ahead, allow them to cool, after cooking, to room temperature and refrigerate in an airtight container overnight. When ready to serve, reheat the tots in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 minutes or until hot.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix butter and seasonings. Add sweet potatoes and toss to coat., Wrap 1 piece bacon around each sweet potato cube; secure with a toothpick. - Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil and place a cooling rack on top of the pan. This will allow the bacon to crisp on all sides.
- Cut each bacon strip into 4 pieces. I found using kitchen shears worked best for this. Cut the bacon in half and then cut each half in half again.
- Wrap each thawed tater tot in bacon and then roll it in the brown sugar mixture. Place on top of the cookie rack.
- Bake about 10 to 15 minutes at 375, then increase the oven to 400 and let them cook another 5 minutes. Check to see if they are crisping up. You may need to leave them in 5 minutes longer. Check frequently at this point so they don't burn. Serve warm.

- Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay each slice of bacon onto a work surface and place a potato nugget in the center of each bacon slice. Cut a slit down the center of each potato nugget and place a Cheddar cheese piece into the slit. Top each nugget with a dash of hot sauce. Wrap bacon around each filled potato nugget and secure the bacon to the nugget with a toothpick. Transfer the wrapped nuggets to the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until nuggets are cooked through and bacon is crispy, 15 to 20 minutes.
