1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup cooked ham, diced
1 cup frozen peas
0.5 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Prepare egg noodles in a large Dutch oven, boiling as described on package. Drain and return to the Dutch oven.
  • While the noodles are boiling, melt butter in skillet over medium to medium high heat. Stir in flour until thickened a bit. Slowly add half and half and chicken broth, stirring to prevent lumps. 3 (6 ounce) cans bumble bee tuna in water
