Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large mixing bowl, combine butter, parsley, onion, mustard and lemon juice: blend well. Add cheese, broccoli and ham: mix lightly. Set aside. Separate crescent dough into triangles. On greased cookie sheet, arrange triangles points toward the outside, in a circle with bases overlapping. The center opening should be about 3". Spoon ham filling in a ring evently over the bases of triangles. Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases of triangles at center of circle. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. I usually try to make a big tossed salad and have either carrots or corn on the side with this...it's yummy!
Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all the ingredients and equipment you need. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling.
- Use High-Quality Ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly impact the taste of your dish. Choose fresh, flavorful ingredients whenever possible.
- Don't Overmix: When mixing the batter or dough, be careful not to overmix it. Overmixing can result in a tough, dense texture.
- Cook to the Right Temperature: Use a meat thermometer to ensure that your meat is cooked to the proper internal temperature. This will help you avoid undercooked or overcooked meat.
- Let the Dish Rest: After cooking, let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the dish to set.
- Garnish for Presentation: Add a simple garnish to your dish before serving to make it more visually appealing.
