  • Transfer chops to a platter and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve chops with peach relish.

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality pork chops: Look for pork chops that are at least 1-inch thick and have a good amount of marbling. This will help ensure that they stay juicy and flavorful during grilling.
  • Brine the pork chops: Brining the pork chops in a mixture of water, salt, and sugar helps to tenderize them and add flavor. You can brine the pork chops for as little as 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  • Preheat your grill: Make sure your grill is preheated to a high temperature before grilling the pork chops. This will help to sear the outside of the pork chops and keep them from sticking to the grill.
  • Grill the pork chops over direct heat: Grill the pork chops over direct heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through. Be sure to flip the pork chops frequently to ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Let the pork chops rest before serving: Once the pork chops are cooked, let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the pork chops, making them more tender and flavorful.

Conclusion:

Tangy grilled pork chops are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a summer cookout. By following the tips above, you can ensure that your pork chops are cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
