TARRAGON COLESLAW

Tarragon Coleslaw image

This is my favorite cole slaw recipe. It's not as saucy as many others, and I personally like the cabbage flavor that comes through. But if you like your cole slaw wetter, then just add more mayonnaise and the other dressing ingredients in relative amounts. This recipe does need time for the flavors to blend. It can be eaten immeditely, but it's just not as good.

Of course, here is an HTML content which includes the summary tips, and the conclusion I generated based on the recipes provided in the given article:

Tips for Making the Best Tarragon Coleslaw:

  • • Use a sharp knife or mandoline to thinly slice the cabbage and other vegetables. This will help the coleslaw absorb the dressing more evenly. Tip 2: Use a variety of vegetables. Adding different vegetables, such as carrots, celery, or radishes, will give your coleslaw more flavor and texture.
  • • Don't overdress the coleslaw. Too much dressing will make the coleslaw soggy. Start with a small amount of dressing and add more to taste.
  • • Let the coleslaw chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and develop.
  • • Serve the coleslaw on a bed of lettuce or other greens. This will help to keep the coleslaw from getting soggy.

Conclusion:

Tarragon coleslaw is a delicious and refreshing side dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. By following the tips above, you can make the best tarragon coleslaw that everyone will love.
