This is an easy recipe from a Campbell's soup can. It's quite good! If you can't find Thai seasoning, use coriander, ginger, lemon peel, and chile peppers. However, I was able to find the Thai seasoning at a local supermarket.

Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your dish.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan. If you do, the chicken will not cook evenly and the pasta will be mushy.
  • Cook the chicken until it is cooked through. You can check this by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Use a good quality pasta. A high-quality pasta will hold its shape and not become mushy when cooked.
  • Don't overcook the pasta. Cook it according to the package directions.
  • Add the sauce to the pasta and chicken immediately after it is cooked. This will help to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
  • Garnish the dish with fresh herbs, such as basil or cilantro, before serving. This will add a pop of color and flavor.

Conclusion:

This Thai Chicken Pasta Skillet is a quick and easy weeknight meal that is packed with flavor. The combination of sweet, sour, and salty flavors is sure to please everyone at the table. This dish is also a great way to use up leftover chicken. So next time you have some leftover chicken, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
