THE JIMMY BURGER
Here is a hamburger recipe that I hope you will try and love as much as I do! It originates from another website as a meatloaf recipe, but I have modified it to create the Jimmy Burger -- which is a cross between a hamburger and grilled meatloaf. I named my creation after my wonderful BF Jimmy :-)

Steps:
- Soak the bread into the milk until it absorbs, then squeeze the excess milk out of the bread and put this bread mixture to the side. Beat the egg. In another bowl combine the ground beef, onion soup mix, egg, bread mixture, ketchup, steak sauce and salt and pepper (if desired) until well combined. Add shredded cheese and mix in until well combined.
- Form the beef mixture into patties. You can make the patties as big or small as you like. Put the patties on the grill for about 3 minutes per side for medium rare or until desired doneness. (Note: if desired, you can add a slice of cheese on top during the last 2 minutes of grilling so that it melts onto the burger). Enjoy!

Steps:
- Using a meat grinder with a 3/8-inch plate, grind the meat. Change to a 1/8-inch plate, and grind a second time. Shape the ground meat into 4 (7-ounce) patties. In a mixing bowl, combine the kosher salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt and celery salt. Mix well. Place burger on a hot grill and season with the seasoning salt. Cook the burgers halfway to desired temperature and flip over and finish cooking. Place cheese on the burger when it is 3/4 of the way cooked and melt. Place bottom bun on plate. Place burger on bottom bun. Place lettuce, tomato and onion on top of the burger. Cover with top bun and secure with a toothpick. Place pickle next to the burger. Place fries on the plate.
Tips:
- For a juicy burger, use ground chuck or sirloin with at least 20% fat content.
- Season the beef patties liberally with salt and pepper before cooking.
- Cook the burgers over medium-high heat until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F for medium-rare, 165°F for medium, or 170°F for well-done.
- Use a variety of toppings to create unique and flavorful burgers. Some popular options include cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and ketchup.
- Serve the burgers on toasted buns with your favorite sides, such as fries, chips, or onion rings.
