GARLIC ALFREDO TILAPIA
My version of Ruby Tuesday's New Orleans Seafood, minus the shrimp. I merged a few different recipes and came up with this. It comes pretty close! Three fillets are usually enough for my husband, my toddler, and myself. I serve this with rice and steamed broccoli, to really feel like Ruby Tuesday's recipe!

Tips:
- To ensure the tilapia fillets are evenly cooked, make sure they are of uniform thickness. If necessary, use a sharp knife to slice them to an even thickness.
- Use a non-stick skillet to prevent the tilapia from sticking. If you don't have a non-stick skillet, grease the pan with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
- Don't overcrowd the skillet when cooking the tilapia. If you do, the fillets will not cook evenly.
- Cook the tilapia over medium heat. If the heat is too high, the fish will cook too quickly and the outside will be overcooked while the inside is still raw.
- To ensure that the Creole sauce covers the tilapia fillets evenly, flip them halfway through the cooking time.
- Serve the tilapia immediately with the Creole sauce spooned over top. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired.
Conclusion:
This Tilapia Creole Sauce recipe is a quick and easy way to prepare a delicious and flavorful seafood dish. The tilapia fillets are cooked in a rich and flavorful Creole sauce, which is made with tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and a variety of spices. The dish can be served with rice, pasta, or vegetables, and is sure to be a hit with the whole family.
