Tips:

  • Use a flavorful marinade to infuse the chicken with delicious taste. The marinade in this recipe contains a blend of spices, herbs, and citrus juices that will give the chicken a zesty and savory flavor.
  • Tenderize the chicken before marinating it. This will help the marinade penetrate the chicken more deeply and evenly. You can tenderize the chicken by pounding it with a meat mallet or by using a commercial meat tenderizer.
  • Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. Marinating the chicken for too long can make it tough.
  • Cook the chicken over high heat to create a slightly charred exterior and a tender, juicy interior. You can cook the chicken on a grill, in a skillet, or in the oven.
  • Serve the chicken fajitas with your favorite toppings, such as grilled vegetables, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese.
