8 ounces uncooked spaghetti, broken into thirds
1 large egg
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 jar (14 ounces) meatless spaghetti sauce
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 to 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat egg, milk and salt. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish., In a large skillet, cook beef, sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce. Spoon over the spaghetti mixture. , Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. 2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
good pinch chilli powder
400g spaghetti, broken into short lengths
handful basil leaves, plus a few extra
250g pack mozzarella, sliced
50g grated parmesan (or vegetarian alternative)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Heat the oil in large pan, add the garlic and fry for 1 min. Add the tomatoes, chilli and seasoning, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins.
  • Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti, then drain. Mix the spaghetti with the tomato sauce and basil, then spoon half into a large ovenproof dish. Arrange half the mozzarella over the top and sprinkle with half the Parmesan. Repeat the layers, then bake for 15-20 mins until lightly browned on top. 2 cans (28 ounces each) whole peeled tomatoes
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
3/4 pound spaghetti
2 cups packed basil leaves (from 1 bunch), torn if large
3/4 pound fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (2 1/2 cups)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Set a large pot of salted water to boil. In a food processor, pulse tomatoes until coarsely chopped. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Cook at a rapid simmer until sauce thickens, about 12 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta 5 minutes (it will still be crunchy). Drain pasta and return to pot. Add tomato sauce, basil, and half the mozzarella and toss to combine. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pound rigatoni
1 medium eggplant, diced
1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
One 24-ounce jar marinara sauce
2 cups fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Nonstick cooking spray, for the baking dish
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
6 fresh basil leaves, chopped

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season aggressively with salt. Add the rigatoni and cook 3 minutes less than the package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss the eggplant and tomatoes with 3 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread on the baking sheet and roast until the eggplant is golden brown and tomatoes are tender, 25 to 30 minutes. (Leave the oven on.)

One 3-pound spaghetti squash
4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
Coarse salt
Half a 24-ounce jar tomato-basil sauce, such as Classico® Organic Tomato & Basil Sauce
Half an 8-ounce block mozzarella, shredded (or 1 cup shredded mozzarella)
Freshly torn basil leaves, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Drizzle 2 teaspoons extra-virgin in each of the squash halves and sprinkle with salt. Place them flesh-side down on a baking sheet. Roast until you can fluff the squash easily with a fork, 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Flip the squash halves and fluff the "spaghetti" strands with a fork, then season with salt. Pour 2/3 cup sauce over each of the squash halves, and top each with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella. 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 (6 ounce) cans tomato sauce

¾ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch white sugar
1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
