1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon butter

1/4 cup minced fresh basil or 4 teaspoons dried basil
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, saute the mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter and oil for 5 minutes or until tender. 3 tablespoons butter
4 minced garlic cloves
8 ounces bow tie pasta
3 -4 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 cups cherry tomatoes (1 Pint)
fresh parmesan cheese
salt

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions and drain completely.
  • Steam broccoli until fork tender, drain completely.

4 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon minced pine nuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
1/8 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 (16 ounce) package bow tie pasta
