Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
  • If you can't find pickled jalapeños, you can use fresh jalapeños instead. Just be sure to remove the seeds and ribs before chopping.
  • If you like your queso a little spicy, you can add more jalapeños.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment with different types of cheese. Pepper Jack, cheddar, and Monterey Jack are all good options. Avoid using a processed cheese because it will not melt as smoothly.
  • Serve with your favorite taco toppings, such as ground beef, chicken, or pork, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole.

Conclusion:

This is a delicious and easy-to-make queso recipe that is perfect for any occasion. It is sure to be a hit with your friends and family. The roasted tomatoes and pickled peppers add a unique flavor that elevates this dip to the next level so try not to skip them! It is also a great recipe to use up any leftover cheese you have on hand. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy appetizer or snack, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
