Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients whenever possible. Fresh vegetables, herbs, and meat will give your Bolognese sauce the best flavor.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when browning the meat. If you add too much meat to the pan at once, it will steam instead of brown. Brown the meat in batches if necessary.
  • Let the sauce simmer for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the flavors to develop and deepen.
  • Add a little cream or milk to the sauce at the end of cooking. This will help to make the sauce creamy and smooth.
  • Serve the Bolognese sauce over your favorite pasta. Tortellini, spaghetti, and penne are all great choices.

Conclusion:

This Olive Garden Copycat Tortellini Bolognese is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that the whole family will love. With its rich, savory sauce and tender tortellini, this dish is sure to be a hit. So next time you're in the mood for Italian food, give this recipe a try!
